
The end of September and time to take part in this week’s Fun Foto Challenge hosted by Dan. Not sure that framed is the appropriate word for some of these but I’ll float them anyway 😅
First up we have a shot of a Leyland National bus on the North Circular Road taken back in 1982 before the road was widened to become a dual carriageway. Back then both sides of the road were lined with Poplar trees. The trees on my side of the road were removed as part of the road widening. Some of those on the far side of the road are still there although many have gone now due to fungal disease. Indeed another fell down just a couple of weeks back…
