A selection of Flutterby’s or is that Blubberflies? πŸ˜‰ All shots taken at Long Lane Pasture.

Common Blue…

Large Skipper…

Comma…

Meadow Brown…

Ringlet…

There are other species present at the pasture but they’re not posing for the camera πŸ˜‰ Maybe they’ll appear in another post.

    1. Thanks Amy πŸ™‚

  1. Wonderful images! πŸ™‚ And so many different ones! I’ve never come home with that many different species captured by my camera, usually just one of two species. Or, more often than that, none!!

    1. We all have days when it doesn’t happen! These were taken over a 2 week period so not a one day result! πŸ™‚ It may surprise you to know that freight trains are just as hard to catch because they don’t always run or something else gets in the field of view! Persistence brings results πŸ™‚ Enjoying your shots and thanks for viewing and commenting on mine πŸ™‚

      1. Ah, I thought these were taken from one successful walk! πŸ™‚ You’re totally right, persistence is key! I’m glad I found your blog, enjoying the visits πŸ™‚
