…I guess he’s had a long day! And I’m about to set out into the night with a load of flat-pack furniture – another long drive ahead.
Perhaps the Commodores will cheer him up?
This post made a deep impact on me. Wonderful music! Having worked more nightshifts than I can remember, your words and image transported me into the past. I have the highest respect for the drivers of the enormous lorries. Hope you had a safe drive and a good sleep when you got home.

Thanks Dina : -) Fortunately it’s only a computer simulated lorry so the trip from Firenze to Milano took around 30mins in real world time! As for the music – The Commodores have some beautiful vocal harmonies 🙂
