Beginning of July and time to join in with Brian’s monthly Last on the Card challenge 😎

On the Moto g50 is some food…

Sadza ne Beanzie

…Sadza ne Beanzie. Sadza (Maize meal) is a staple food for poor families in southern Africa and is usually served with either greens, beans, or occasionally, a beef stew. Traditionally, the hands are washed at the table and the food is consumed without cutlery – the last of the Sadza is used to mop the juice from the plate.

Taken yesterday at Upper Holloway by pure coincidence is the star of Monday’s post!…

66799 at Upper Holloway

…66799 ‘Modern Railways Diamond Jubilee’. This time she’s positively glowing in the lunchtime sun as she works the 4M47 London Gateway to Hams Hall intermodal. 66799 was originally a European loco where she worked for ERS in the Netherlands and Captrain in France. She was imported into the UK for GBRf in 2021.

  1. Finger eating does well with a sticky rice. Is the 66799 one you needed Martin?
    Thanks for joining in πŸ˜€

    1. Np Brian – Always like to take part if I can πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘ No I didn’t need 66799 – She was the loco covered in muck in my last CFFC post 🀣
