…Sadza ne Beanzie. Sadza (Maize meal) is a staple food for poor families in southern Africa and is usually served with either greens, beans, or occasionally, a beef stew. Traditionally, the hands are washed at the table and the food is consumed without cutlery – the last of the Sadza is used to mop the juice from the plate.

…66799 ‘Modern Railways Diamond Jubilee’. This time she’s positively glowing in the lunchtime sun as she works the 4M47 London Gateway to Hams Hall intermodal. 66799 was originally a European loco where she worked for ERS in the Netherlands and Captrain in France. She was imported into the UK for GBRf in 2021.
