      Hi Patti – it sure was for a while 🙂 That square object you can see between the two guys in the middle is a packaged tee-shirt that the wind has lifted off a street vendor’s stall!

   I can see that the wind was strong from the people’s body positions. Were you being blown away too while taking the photo?
