Weekly Photo Challenge: Early Bird

I’m posting this challenge towards the end of the week because I’ve been waiting for today. I knew I’d be up with the lark this morning as Alasdair was off on a school trip to France. And the birds were singing lustily as we walked down to the meeting point! 04:45 by East Finchley station – too early for the Underground…

As I walked home, the sky was lightening – although I think the camera has made the most of what little light there was 😉
